Membership Cancelation and Refund Policy

We appreciate your subscription with us. Although we stand behind our service, you may cancel your membership using the following cancelation procedures:

Annual Membership Cancelation

1. Annual memberships may be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. All cancelation requests must be emailed to account@cateringreviews.org and must include the following:

a.  Full account name
b.  Address and phone number
c.  Account Number
d.  Reason for canceling membership
•   Failure to include this information can cause delays in your refund.

2.  Unused portion of your membership will be refunded on a 30-day pro-rated basis.

Your refunds will be accredited to your credit card within 30 days from your request.

Monthly Membership Cancelation

1. To cancel your monthly membership, please email your request to: account@cateringreviews.org.

Please include:
  a.  Full account name
  b.  Address and phone number
  c.  Account Number
  d.  Reason for canceling membership
  •   Failure to include this information will cause delay in your refund

2.  Unused portion of your membership will be refunded on a 30-day pro-rated basis.
